A beautiful Sunrise
In the beach,
I arose at day-break
Staring at the offing,
Waiting for the Sun to rise
to twine my body with its rays
to feel the warm embrace.
I am tired of waiting,
I close my eyes,
to look inward-
A gentle ray piercing the cloud
On my skin.
Feeling is believing,
For what i experience-
Nobody can steal.
this reality from me
only mine
i wonder why
i couldn't see this with my eyes open
I realize,
Its the same Sun,
which rises within.
not when you want, but
when you are ready
From that moment-
I gave up the idea of want
-to see, to touch,
-to experience the infinite,
Rather i set my focus on
being ready, by all means.
Then on, it just happened,
Not once I had to stare at the horizon,
Never had to wait until the dawn,
But always saw the beautiful Sun,
Rise Inside and Outside.
